My mom's favorite chocolate muffins

 photo 2015-04-006_zpskjhws19r.jpg

Spring must be the most busiest time for me. Last spring I was basically living in the town's library when I was reading for my final exams. And as it happens, it is my home this spring too, because basically until I'll out of university, my life will probably be reading for exams and studying. But for now, I just need to get in to an university.

How does my study habits relate to the subject of muffins?
I will tell you; they are the easiest and fastest bakes I can make. And they still look aborable. I needed something easy and quick for my birthday as I only had one evening to bake for my birthday guests.

In my opinion this muffin could use some frosting or berries, but my mom love-love-looooooves them. So if you like chocolate and feel like doing something quick and easy, definitely give these muffins a go. I cannot take all the credit from this recipe, since Roosa gave it to me few years back as a christmas present.

All I Want for My Birthday

I'm turning 20 in two weeks!

20th birthday will be celebrated. First round number since my 10th birthday. Maybe I should redo the theme too? Good old princess birthday for my friends?

I'm trying hard not to feel like I should be worried. I try to remember that in some countries I'm not even considered adult enough to drink alcohol. I try to forget the thing I have been saying to all my friends turning 20: I'm soon closer to my 40's than my birth. When I was a kid, if someone was 20, they were adults. I don't feel adult at all.

It feels like it was just last week that I turned 18. It is amazing and scary how much you can actually grow in two years. And still how much you can feel like 17 even though it has been 3 years since you couldn't walk to liquor store by yourself.

I don't write a diary full of complaints about my teachers and boys. I don't get offended by people's opinions about my life choices. I'm aware of my limits and what I am good at. And still I have no idea where to go from this point or what I want to any more than I did when I turned 18. I visit my friends in their own places and hear their complaints about car taxes and work shifts. And I have no idea where I am going next year.

What I do know is that I have the cutest red Arabia tableware and one bookshelf ready to be used.
And that I'm enthusiastically waiting for spring and summer.

And what I want as a gift, for the first time since I was 10.

Oh how much I love to see these on my instagram feed. Need to get my hands on some.

2. I have been dying for these beautiful Brit-Stitch leather bags for quite some time.
Half pint, full pint, blue, pink, red, hearts, no hearts, white, black >insert heart eyes emoji here<

3. Fujifilm instax mini 8, pleaaaaase.
I want to cover my walls with polaroids. I want to send polaroids to my friends.

4. These Bose headphones would make traveling and working so much more comfortable.

5. This summer, for sure, Ruisrock is calling my name.
And I wouldn't mind if the tickets would eat my summer job money. Ellie Goulding and Sanni here I come!

6. Before I buy even more sofa cushions or an actual sofa, I would love to have a nice warm blanket for it.
Nothing is more annoying than falling asleep on a couch and waking my completely fozen.

7. I have been searching the perfect "face blanket" for a while now, since I realized that with earplugs they could be extremely usefull in trying to sleep in rooms where people come and go (EYP-life ♥).
I came across with these Estonian cuties by chance in Instagram and it was love at the first sight. Especially the raccoon and fox spoke to me.

8. Never stopping travel bug. This book would make it itch even harder but I still want it.

9. Things you can buy before you actually have an apartment: lamps.
Especially this Diamond lamp would make me very happy.

10. Terrariums. This Urban Outfitters beauty takes the win.
